Medical Question

I'm writing a script where the main character - a business man - must have a fit and throw up all over himself so he goes from looking very smart in a suit to looking a complete mess.

Any ideas what would cause this fit? Food poisoning? Severe hangover? Some other medical condition?

Epileptic fit might be plausable, business man in and around all those lights and things.

Perhaps just an allergic reaction, people allergice to peanuts often throw up and have spazms.
